Slag Crushing Plant Main Equipments

1 Vibrating feeder ( if capacity is small, don’t need feeder).

2 Jaw crusher for first crushing, for its high crushing ratio, and durable wearing parts.

3 Impact crusher for secondary crushing, its feeding opening is big, crushing chamber is high, final product is fine shape.

4 Vibrating screen layers is offered according to final product size.

5 Belt conveyor are offered according to space condition.

Steel Slag Crushing Plant

The blend of steel slag and GGBS in a ratio of one to two used as cement admixture. And all the performance of cement could meet the requirements of GB175-2007 if the content of this mixture were 30%,50% and 80%respectively. This phenomena could be explained by following reasons: the continuity of the particle size distribution was improved, the rate of hydration of steel slag was accelerated by the addition of actibator, and consequently to accelerate the hydration rate of slag, so that the activity of the admixture was increases, Applying this kind of mixture as Portland cement admixture should be recommended.
